today so boring...

this week going to end soon.... mean i sunday goin in tekong le...

today realli nth to write
just went for jogging for zihan,nicholas and esmond... haha..
today dunno why.. jog 4 to 5 round heart start to feel pain.. but i still able to force myself to 9 round then i walk for the last round...
dunno why.. my body feel so uneasy...
hope will b better for tml....
back to hme.. nth to do.. msn all the way..
